Our aim is not only to provide training programs but to educate our clients, to promote an understanding of exercise and nutrition which will not only resolve issues that may have been holding them back but also maintain their results long term.
Be Fit Monaco caters for clients of all abilities whether you have never set foot in a gym before or you are an Olympic medalist. Our coaches practice many different methods of resistance and functional training. Strength/resistance training is the most effective way to train due to the fact that the more muscle that you have on your body the more fat you burn day to day. The structure and frequency of your training will depend entirely on your goals, body type and time restraints.
Most of our clients achieve around 5% fat loss after completing a four week nutritional and training plan and gain approximately 2kg of lean muscle, significant changes are visible. By carrying out a Bio Signature assessment at regular intervals your coach can easily keep track of your progress and give you regular updates and adjust your plan to spot reduce fat and keep you on track.
Drawing on their years of experience our coaches will first guide you through a lifestyle questionnaire to gain a better idea of the effects that stress, nutrition, sleep patterns, energy levels and digestion are having on your body. Using skin fold calipers your coach will then carry out a fat test accurately measuring 12 points on the body.
Each of these sites relates to a different hormone and it is by increasing efficiency and balance of these hormones that fat loss is achieved. The assessment is carried out in one on one privacy in our nutritional assessment room and all results are private and confidential.
Our massage therapist is highly qualified in sports, relaxation and pregnancy massage as well as lymphatic drainage and will instinctively use a combination of techniques to benefit your body. Whether you are pregnant and have sore joints, are stiff from sitting at a desk all day, or just need to relax, we have the best massage solution for you.

The BE FIT PROJECT is a 6 week semi-private OUTDOOR training camp.
Load and intensity will be adjusted according to strength and fitness to ensure that everyone gets the right work out for them. Groups are mixed and group sizes are limited to ensure quality of coaching and to avoid injury.
Take part in Team Training Drills, Interval Cardio, Strength Training, Hand Eye Coordination, Flexibility/Mobility, Resistance Training. We currently run 11 session a week to choose from 6.30am to 6.30pm. You can manage your own schedule via our app and choose the sessions you wish to attend.
18 sessions = 430€ TTC

Pre- and Post-Natal care is extremely important to keeping the body healthy and pain-free for the years following child-birth. We offer 30-60 minute one-on-one and small group sessions, being sure to observe safe and effective progressions. Post-Natal care can be effective even years after having your last child, and can have long-lasting results in reducing any negative impact on the body.
Mathias was born in Sweden in 1980. He started his personal training career in 2007 after being inspired by his strength coach whilst swimming for the Swedish national team. He won one gold and three silver medals in the Swedish nationals for free style and butterfly. Mathias was inspired to become a strength coach after seeing the progress made within the national team once strength training was incorporated.
Mathias believes in pushing people to surpass the limits they set on themselves, to achieve what they didn’t think was possible.
Birgitta took her first breath in Denmark in 1977. She lived several years in various ashrams in India learning yoga and realizing the importance of breathing. When Birgitta returned to Denmark she endured a serious back injury which left her physically debilitated for more than a year. This humbling experience made her appreciate the huge benefits of yoga and helped her understand the importance of connecting with your breath and your inner self in order to feel more harmony within your heart, be at peace in your mind and in control of your body. Such a dedicated practice gives you tools to cope with stress and the challenges of every day life. Since yoga has been and still is such a life changing experience, Birgitta loves to share her passion with others.
She completed yoga teachers training courses at the Sivananda Forest Academy, with David Swenson, Shri Vethathiri Maharish and studies with Sri R. Sharrath Jois.
Cristina is originally from San Sebastian on the French/Spanish boarder. She joined Be Fit in 2015 having given up professional ballet dancing in 2014. Highly organised Cristina runs a tight ship on reception and is always ready to deal with client enquiries.
Lucy has lived in France since 2003 and helped to launch Be Fit Monaco in 2011. Following having two children Lucy returned to work in September 2014 as general manager of Be Fit.
Emma is from Sweden, and has been training for competition and her own enjoyment since the age of 10. She has competed in Ultra Marathons, Road & Trail Marathons and Short Distance triathlon.
She has been in the South of France and Monaco since 2007, and is certified in Soft Tissue Therapy as well as holding a Diploma in Sports Massage. She is available for 30, 60, and 90 minute massage and injury treatment. She is also available for one-on-one and group personal training sessions.
She is a fully qualified personal trainer currently undergoing extra education in specific strength training and the use of advanced equipment.
